COLLABORATIVE LEARNING:
One of my main professional goals is to break the colonized norm of hierarchy within educational settings while shifting the majority of the labor away from the “expert,” to create a more COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT with greater participation.
i do this by encouraging fellow collaborators, not to be mere “receptacles” of information, but ACTIVE & CURIOUS PARTICIPANTS more so guiding ME, rather than reversed.
i invite people to let me know what THEIR needs are within a Q/A setting instead of lecture style. Co-collaborators (commUNiTY + collaborators) come to me with their questions, in a safe environment, where i give support, knowledge and expertise in response.
ALL questions relating to UNlearning &/or healthy interpersonal relationships are welcomed, whether a beginner or more experienced.
For individual sessions, i prefer to use Signal app via text/voice notes unless other accommodations are requested.
